Misrepresent identity or qualifications
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Share login credentials with third parties

04. Client Obligations

Job Requirements: Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and compensation details.
Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay fees as per the agreed service agreement.
Candidate Treatment: Clients must treat all candidates referred by us professionally and according to employment laws.

05. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by TalentSwype remain the property of TalentSwype unless otherwise agreed in writing.

06. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
